Dear Friends,

One Depositor has made an appeal to the Supreme Court against the order to dismiss the depositors writ given by Appeal Court. Therefore in the future this news will be public.Appeal to the Supreme Court lodged on 28.07.2014.This Supreme court appeal will take 6-9 months .Long dates are given between two court dates.

Uptrend is occurred because CIFL is in the Consolidated list. But the Court case is not finished yet.

So dont buy CIFL.

SAW SOMEONE ALWAYS TRYING  TO KEEP THE PRICE LEVEL UP  BY PUTTING FAKE BUY ORDERS
SO...DONT catch this kind of things...

In future their will be a good point to enter. Not now. Some are trying to push up and to exit.

Happy Trading....... Smile

if the lodged date was on 28.07.2014, it would have been made public by now, it's almost one month now, so ho can it be?

if this drags on for 6-9 months then no way central bank can get this to consolidate, one all others are merged no one will be willing to buy a wounded company like CIFL, hence central bank needs to make sure that CIFL is merged while other finance companies are being merged. this is my guess......

Respondent party is Central Bank monetary Board. So Court will isuue summons to them...No need to Give announcement.
SO
Dont buy CIFL at this stage.IF you are having, sell at this level.I will tell what price we should enter.

All depend on Court case.Supreme court will take 6-9 months.Sometimes 1 year.Consolidation will also depend on the Appeal at the Supreme court.

Dont get caught to the manipulators.
U can buy other good shares now.We will have a good time to enter to the CIFL.But not now.IT will come down to 1.50 level.
IF this Supreme court appeal news publish in the news papers, it will come down like a rocket..

Careful its your hard earning money..... Cool

If a court case is filled against the company, that company should disclose that to cse. How can Respondent party be Central Bank monetary Board? it has to be CIFL. If the Respondent party is Central Bank monetary Board, then that looks like case filed against CB and not CIFL. In that case CIFL will be able to continue with it's plans, isn't?

Monetary board is the party who gave Reconstruction plan with NV shares to the depositors .So thats y they will be the respond party that is  central bank and monetary board.

In the appeal court, depositors made writ against this Reconstruction process
by telling ,They dont want NV and 7 yr plan as they are retired people.

What im trying to tell is They have made apeal in the supreme court too.So it will take some time 6-9 monthor 1 yr.Thats the the court procedure.Once summons issue against respondent party it will take 3-4 months. Then Respondent party will participate to the court date mentioned in the summons.

Then another date for leave to appeal then most probably another date...If counsels are not ready they can ask dates .SC court dates are not like 14 days in Magistrate courts.Giving very long dates.Im sure  in the leave to appeal stage This appeal will be dismissed.IF not it will take another long period.

Thats what im trying to say...
IF you are interested in CIFL you buy.never mind.
But this is the story behind it....
Tomorrow onwards also one can manipulate this share.Who knows .But my opinion is try to enter this at lowest stage.

CIFL is a negative earning not operating company.SO have to enter into this at lowest price as there is a negative story behind it.

Trade carefully.

last time when the depositors went to the court, the announcement was made on cse, why not this time?
