Thank you for the link. Very informative. I really wanted to get a list of this type. There are undervalued sectors in the market. According to this link Plantations sector is number one undervalued sector having P/E ratio around 6.2. Therefore this sector has more value and upside potential. At least they can appreciate P/E ratio of 15. Overvalued sectors are hotels and travel, trading sector and information technology sector. I just went through hotels and travel sector. There are undervalued stocks in this overvalued hotel sector as well. We need to study forward P/E and peg ratio in addition to current P/E ratio. Because we are going to see more earnings and growth from companies in some sectors due to favourable industry outlook, lower price for raw materials, more grain harvest in the future, higher earnings from export,lower interest rate and due to more activities in the money and capital market in the coming months and coming quarters. Some of higher P/E companies will become lower P/E companies once they announce attractive earnings in the coming quarters. It is time to identify attractive stocks in the market. Good luck!
