These types of shares are eligible to play; not to invest and need some luck to earn something.

Advisers make you dream magical worlds but you may be too late when you understand the real magic. Either your broker tell truth or lie, he earn commision on every trade you make. I'm seriously doubt how people with no sufficient knowledge have been appointed as advisers and let them to play with innocent investors money.

Ask your broker on what basis did he come into that conclusion?
