Market came a long way at a strech expect small corrections.
This needs correction too, agree.
As soon as ASI hits 7000 peoples psycology works now is the time for turning back.
Since foreign selling more doesnt mean we have panic sell and run.
Best way is to sell in small chunks.

Lots of people expected as soon as ASI is 7000 market will fall due to panic selling and can buy stocks at bargain prices.
It didint happen.
Some are frustrated about this and not buying of fear at the moment.
Stay with the market . Dont touch crap unless you are familiar. Good luck !

so ASI came a long way up to 7000,

not only foreigners sell , local investors , unit trusts also do sell to book their profits other wise they may have the chance to enjoy enrealised profits.

profit taking is acceptable , even what we look for is that . if foreigners do earn profits that will increase the creditability of the market . most important fact what we have to consider is .. Why they exit

is it just to book profits
or any other hidden fact which is to bubble out in future

they do buy also . when considering their trading pattern most of the stocks they do trade are with established fundamentals. so identifying their trading pattern gives a good clue .. a signal

In 2011 when asi was at 7500 s foreigners did exit not only to book profits , but there was an economic crisis roaring up in western.

so so.. we should consider and should have pretty good idea about this issue.

Senior members may remember that I had much argument with Tubal and some other members on this matter(last time). I repeatedly said don't panic and don't sell. But finally I lost 75% of my money.
The reality is ASI , foreign buying or foreign selling aren't decisive factors to consider for investors. But most important thing is do you have better opportunities for your money ?
When you invest your money consider only two facts. PE and interest rate for bank deposite. If interest return is high and others leaving it is good to leave. Don't be the last one. Best thing smart people can do is reduce the holding to 50%
Don't think I am trying to buy stocks at bargaining price. Bargaining price is something use to identify undervalued stocks.
JKH price increased doesn't have much sense after the right issue. May be people trying to sell shares (right) they bought at cheap price(175). If JKH is collapsed it will be a blood bath for whole CSE.
I am not expert. But I have seen this before with other warrant manufactures.
GREG, some GREG subsidary, REEF investors experienced  this. Now Reef trading @19 but it was traded @100. JKH is liquid share so we can't expect 100% similar behavior.
Keep your eye on JKH. I sense it very bad.
Supply (after right issue) has been increased, foreign holdings have been reduced 20Mn last couple of weeks, PE is not attractive.

If what you say has value then probably blue chip's will saturate for a while, but others who have the drive will perform.

Companies that are about for new changes such as finance sector. Or companies such as TOKYO, LIOC will always run towards new heights. The best example is LIOC, it increased from high 20's to 40's during the bear market. And TFC for example ran high during the bearish period.

Foreigners also buy stocks to sell with a profit

They will sell if they can earn expected profit

Some buyers also may be foreigners depending on profitability and

economic environment of the country

We have to face the reality

If you have shares with good fundamentals Nothing to worry.

You should know how to face upward and downward trend of the market

My feeling is reaching 7000 again is a landmark achievement. But this is a time the investors get jittery. However unlike last time the ASI reached over 7000 and crashed today the shares going high are fundamentally strong. In case there is a short term deflation in the market the shares going high today will compensate with the dividends. Today people have more confidence in the stock market and it is the only avenue to get a better return on their investment with the Central Bank clamming down with low interest environment. So there is no need for panic buttons but the market might not go up so fast as in the recent past. Hold on to your good shares and things could be better.

Im with Robotix. This is not the last chance to exit. Yes may be Sapumal talking about exiting from some craps apreciated more than 100% in last 3 weeks. Razz It's time to buy back some stocks. But we have to be selective..

ASI yet to break 7000.. this time surely will and should be sustainable one. I feel ASI will touch 7100 mark before next pullback. But this time it will remain above 7000 when ending this year. Sapumal history don't always repeat.. Very Happy
