SFL.N moving up but SFL.P trading at low price 64.00 may be it's also move up 100 levels

SFL.P worth to buy and currently should be trading at 160.00 but now trading 64.00

July 19, 2013 (LBT) - In a disclosure to Colombo Stock Exchange, Taprobane Securities said that their client Dinal Wijemanne had purchased 387,157 shares of Sinhaputhra Finance PLC (SFL) increasing his stake to 15.18%.
As at 31 march 2013 Wijemanne had 568,505 shares of the company or a 9.03%.Wijemanne was also the former Chief Executive of Taprobane Securities.
SFL has over 6.29 million shares in issue with a market capitalization of over Rs.503.6 million to date.
Being the single largest investor, Wijemanne who neary had 30% stake of Nanda Investments and Finance PLC (NIFL) sold his stake recently to a consortium lead by LOLC and Bangladesh based Microfinance Entity BRAC.

Rumor is Majority shareholder wants to sell his holdings. If that happens a mandatory offer will be made for the remaining shares. As non voting shares are also part of share capital they will be converted to ordinary shares at a ratio such as one voting for each two non voting shares or some other valuation method. That's why both type of shares are moving up.

SFL.N this week break 300.00 and SFL.P also break 150.00 , Behind something good news .

Personally I dont think it would touch 300. If there is a deal going on my target price would be 270-275. I dont know maybe I can be wrong
