ya definitely MBSL more attractive with current dividend and navps than PABC and UBC........MBSL should trade 21+.......

i dont belive UBC much attractive. becauce they sold their 70% shares for 15 rupees..dont trust UBC much more...

The current price is unfavorable to buy as they are issuing new shares through private placement at Rs 15.30 per share. Mandatory offer for the remaining shares is at Rs 25 each but they are buying only 6.25% of the balance shares. i.e if you have 100 shares they will offer to buy only 6 shares at Rs 25 per share.

So wait for a good pull back or market sell off

Since i saw some posts relating to other banks .. i wish to direct your thoughts on HNB one of the Gems did not do a Run so far ..... Technically we will soon see a Run towards 200 Very Happy

Keep your EYE on it.
I do not own currently....
