Can ASI break the 7000 support level? Where are the 200 day Moving Averages? and MACD to justify current trend?

The risk is there...please review ASI short term take on TA&C.

7100/7200 and 7500 can test ASI to the extreme ....

ASI I think can fluctuate around 7000. But eventually it will move.

JKH needs to play a role too.

I think its good that we have all the resistance and pull back around 7000 level. this is good for the market. because when the ASI reach the 7300+ level and have this resistance and pull back, it would be a free fall that would eventually stop below 7000. this is just my view

Real test if the market can maintain 10,000 trades a day. Last month we had 15 days days over 10,000 trades comparing July month only 10 days. This shows investors are coming to the market with confidence and hope.

As we discussed few weeks before, market is progressing slowly with intermittent dipping around 7000 level for a certain time period. Possible rate cuts in this month should advance the current level supported by new entrants. Increasing number of trades will be one of the positive signs of forward direction that investors keep an eye on. End of another business quarter is around the corner that is most significant for banking sector profitability targets as most of banks close the accounts as at 31st December.

At 11.10 a.m. ASI has gone down from 7021 to 7007. Any particular reason for this ? Sudden dump of shares.

its a battle between bulls n bears..

ASI slowly progress towards 7100, with corrections in this journey there are various positive factors and negative factors.

positives ( u can add some more )

rate cutting
long bear period
more local investors back again
foreign investors
mild recovered stability of europe n us
effect of china n indian
construction boom here n possible high income from hotel sector
finance n bank sector performance
new york conf

negative ( u can add some more )

most of local and foreign investors have unrealized profits, so can easily activate panic button to safe gaurd

rsi is high

most of the investors have already invested there cash and is looking for profits
manipulation .. craps go up n down .. these happened in 2011 ... can u remem PAP.

7500 .. fear of previous experience Sad

....

any way .. still i think we are not facing a great resistans. we have support . we can see the market corrections .. the stocks which went up stagnate and recover. untouched stocks creep out from the cellors.

just think what our fellows going to show at NY... if the market become bloody no use.. still engien have fuel .. its better to move slowly than boosting to burn excess..
