Converted rights will list by today. I don't expect much price fall with this. Considering the revised NAV and stakeholders there should be a major run soon.

Price didn't drop so far, it seems almost all the rights were subscribed, I applied for 100000 additional rights, but got only 3150. Still this is an ideal stock to buy very cheap considering their exposure to Hotels, even we forget their plantations and other businesses.

Yes. I also agree with you. If they use wisely the money got from right issue, It will not take long to pass Rs. 3. Their net asset value also more than 3. So If they could improve their earnings definitely a strong share.
