Dear Shark,

I have some quantities of PCH bought at 40 cents. Is it better to sell at 30 cents and get out or wait? Bit worried over this acquisition by HNB. Does it mean there is nothing left in PCH? I thought previously that the only hope in PCH was that building. If it is gone i think there is nothing called PC House anymore. Please coment

i too bought i guess 2 months back @40 it was very small qty. when AINV started its game dumping when a mandatory offer was in force (PCHH or PCP), i sold at a loss at 30c due to ethics. i am glad i did that and after another news broke out regarding OGL. you may dig those posts to see what i wrote against OGL. something of disclosure those directors failed to make public. And a clear pump up was done in OGL during some grey period, this OGL too does to qualify to trade at this current levels.

so i cant tell you what to do with PCH its your decision, PCHH PCH PCP OGL and AINV does not qualify in my opinion to include in my PF.

I had a my friend worked at OGL in a managerial position when Ri.... held the chairman position at ogl. Ri.... never lost from these businesses (pch, pchh,pcp, and ogl). Ri.... got company cash by creating bogus invoices. He had told that " Mama amba gas hittawala gedi pahunama ewa mamama kada gannawa. Idenakan idela anith ayata kada ganna thiyanne ne kiyalla". See his unethical behaviour.

My friend also told me that Ri.... is better than Gu.... ( Friend worked few months under Gu.. management also). So be careful with all these shares.

the question is all those are criminals, once a company is listed... they are dealing with public money . they should not be casual in their dealings..... Rishan will have a special place in his life after....

May be in this life too ....... for all his shady dealings ....

Firstly regarding PCH we need to be careful. There is no clear future. But damage is done already for those who bought and held too high as it is trading at very low now. ( Rs 0.3- 0.4 cents) . I saw a comment about someone buying at Rs 2 and asking to sell or hold now. Too bad. Wish people think before they buy. If bad news strikes PCH can go lower. So we need to see what this HNB thing does. I saw Shark also buying this few months ago. But now he explained why he sold .

I like this forum to grow and I want to protect it . But I don't like this third class attacks .


I don't think it is right attack Dr Senthil like this without proof just because he bought PCH . Other 2 people we know who they are and their actions proved it deceiving investors.

FYI, I recall the same people you"ll trying to sling mud now tried their best in this forum to stop people buying PCH when it was under Rs 10 saying it was go down and to be careful.

I know what happened here and why those people left. I wish not to speak about it. Let respect their decision not to come here again. But I don't like a handful of people here ganging up to mudsling people who helped so many during 2011-2014 and brought this forum to this level. We don't need agendas here. That is not good for the forum. This forum need to be grateful for what they did and if you don't know what they did just move on. If anyone has any confusion about what someone said and as you know the source go there and directly ask them. Be decent . We saw how much chaos happened here attacking Sl stock. My question is why SEC giving permission for crooks like Gullam Hussain and Rishan to enter the CSE and rob public money.

Recently SEC made a big mistake by allowing Adam investments to list in CSE. Gullam Hussain is a crook and connected to mafia politicians. That's why ora Gulla called Dum**** Sil** for the opening of Adam IPO.

SEC should prevent companies owned by crooks like Rishan and Gulla to list in CSE. This will in fact is a black mark for the whole Sri Lankan stock market.

Rishan has robbed public money right, left and centre and now it's the time for hora Gulla to continue.

God save our poor investors from this blood suckers.

Please don't subscribe any IPOs in the future if the owners are not genuine. Let the dogs buy their shares.

Lets say Docca has a pre-agreement with Gulla/Rishan to buy X no of shares @ 1.50Rs of PCH. Whilst docca real purchase price is 20c or less than the actual. Rs 1.30 being the difference is paid back or replaced with equivalent value with some other shares. Is this possible. promotion is encouraged through some individuals front runners) in various ways collecting innocent retailers stating docca bought @ 1.50 so deffa there will be a turn-around in the company or some positive news that gulla/rishan has found an investor company with similar synergies who will make private placement ..... to encourage buying and build buying pressure.

Isnt this possible........ over to you....members...
Please do indepth analysis when questionable individuals invests in loss making companys.

We need to ask our selves what did such and such individuals do to turnaround it, is it their management skills or some else, can one individual do a turnaround.... is it possible this way with same BoD this top investor alone can make a difference. whats his ability ......in the past for him or them to turn around.......

Think before investing in PCH OGL PCP PCHH AINV and rest....

This same sentiment was 1st brought up by one of our members.... icant remember who it was.... and credit should go to him for disclosing it

This way unsuspecting retailers get caught thinking so and so bought and we will be able to make profit. Let this be a signal for our members not to get caught for these racketeers. crooks and blood suckers.

What is left are only Motor Vehicles amounting 81 Million as per last financial year.

The Auditors conveniently has ignored PPE in latest report.
I think they should revise the accounts after Takeover of entire premises with the land by HNB.

Will the Finance companies seize the MV as well

So PCH will be a virtual company....... and teh actors and charactors too will evaporate into virtual human beings.

Interested parties, shareholders should lodge complains.... and should not allow once a seaman and a holder of masters degree from uswetakeyyawa to fly off.

also his family and children.... otherwise they will use money from their sea shells accounts to live a comfortable life

When you forget there is a creator and he who sees all actions. our poor fellow rishan he thinks nobody sees his questionable actions, he is cheating himself, although he may think he is smart enough to hide his dirty games from the public eye. but surely he can not hide it from our god.
The good Lord will teach these crooks a bitter lesson and its a matter of time, and let this be a lesson for others intending to play with public money.

I think SEC and CSE should tighten accountability and professional negligence clauses.
