Expected EPS(annualized) 62
Current P/E 1600/60 25
Sector P/E 99
Then value with P/E ratio 99*60 5940
If Sector P/E 40 40*60 2400
Currently trading 1600

So I consider NEH as a under valued share.
(I am not very much sure about sector P/E ratio.Please correct if I am wrong)

According to NDB stock broker reports, Hotel sector PE is 29.19, this might be due to seasonal adjustments..
So valuation goes as 29.19*62 = 1809/- So still good Wink

52 weeks high seems to 1748 as per the bloomberg...

I think this is fairly valued at the current price. It was definitely a bargain when it was trading around 1000, a week ago but not anymore to me.
