Second Q would be definitely good and Third Q as well. But Question is about 4 th Q after Price reduction?

Second Q would be definitely good and Third Q as well. But Question is about 4 th Q after Price reduction?

Last financial year LIOC made very good profit with EPS Rs 9.04 that time avg crude oil price is USD 100 and Brent oil price is USD 110. Now days crude oil price around USD 91 . Local Price reduction will not effect much to LIOC due to global oil price decline. and within next year global oil price will not go according to expert reports. So LIOC will have much better Earning per share for next financial year!!!

With global Oil prices falling, i dont think they will be falling below YoY or QoQ results. With Motor Vehicles Registrations up, consumption too should have gone up, and short term we are in better position.

The effect of Petrol/Diesel price reductions need to be measured in relation to the benefit Oil Marketing Companies would have on World Price Oil price decline.
As someone stated if this is a negligible fraction, long term we need not worry, as the effect only affects short to medium term results if another price cut comes, then with increased oil prices then we have to analyse further.

But if you are looking for an exit, anticipating drastic corrections in LIOC share movement, this is not a time to exit your positions, a better exit window would be 53-56 and a buy back around 50 with a shot towards 65+ 80ish 90ish and 100+

can deliver straight from Hambanthota.

Some time technical analysis also like Horoscope reading

I ve used the same term earlier as well.. Technical analysis is like horoscope reading ..

Technical analysis is nothing but reading the patterns and try to predict the future. Halleys comet is one such identified pattern. The comet appears every 75 years... Thats a pattern. Our calender was created by ancestors looking at the pattern of environmental changes which are repeated in the same way.

Fibonaci patterns are identified by a young one .. This young man fibonaci, was given a task to find the answer of a small sum.. to find the number of rabbits breed-ed..

http://www.google.lk/url?sa=i&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=images&cd=&cad=rja&uact=8&docid=uNq9IbePZJXX4M&tbnid=az6dp7GUH-FZ7M:&ved=0CAcQjRw&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.maths.surrey.ac.uk%2Fhosted-sites%2FR.Knott%2FFibonacci%2Ffibnat.html&ei=JPUjVJvWMYSzuAT-8ILABg&bvm=bv.76247554,d.c2E&psig=AFQjCNE3exk_aKMbCuMGmi5i8XKn0U35uA&ust=1411729049454863

Fibonaci once solved the math using patterns looked around himself and found the magical numbers every where and developed his ability to predict..Now we are using his findings to predict cyclones..

http://www.google.lk/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fkalamundasilk.weebly.com%2Fuploads%2F1%2F8%2F2%2F2%2F18228217%2F404108_orig.jpg%253F260&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Fkalamundasilk.weebly.com%2Fpictorial-resources.html&h=800&w=1028&tbnid=mCpCcYNVi2PTbM%3A&zoom=1&docid=dtzLiApphLIyjM&ei=LvYjVJ6PMIOjugTevoD4AQ&tbm=isch&client=firefox-a&ved=0CBkQMygAMAA&iact=rc&uact=3&dur=613&page=1&start=0&ndsp=18

In addition to these predictions now we are using the same in stocks, forex , metal or another commodity trading charts to predict future

http://www.google.lk/imgres?imgurl=http%3A%2F%2Fblog.tradersdaytrading.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2011%2F05%2Ffibonacci-ratio-2.png&imgrefurl=http%3A%2F%2Frajkamalstockoptions.deleted.com%2F2012%2F05%2Fstock-markets-and-golden-ratio-is-it.html&h=682&w=967&tbnid=jxxRjuhqFwYg_M%3A&zoom=1&docid=yr5vy2qp7LoiZM&ei=oPYjVNGQCYWGuATdkYHQBw&tbm=isch&client=firefox-a&ved=0CCUQMygMMAw&iact=rc&uact=3&dur=597&page=1&start=0&ndsp=15

But if we blindly follow technical analysis and predict the behaviour of greg warrants the last day of trading next day you are gone... Follow it but don't worship it...
