OBJECTIVES OF THE ISSUE OF DEBENTURE
The Company proposes to utilize the entirety of the funds raised through the Issue to finance the
following objectives upon recite of funds.
- Re-planting of Tea, Rubber and Oil Palm plants. It is expected cost of replanting to be
approximately LKR 300 Million
- Repayment of short term high interest bearing facilities. Approximately LKR 700 Million will be utilized to repay short term facilities. Facilities to be repaid are as follows

Term Loan at 18% 250 Mn
Overdraft Facility at 15.50% 400 Mn
Broker Advances 50 Mn
Total 700 Mn

above is from their debenture issue prospectus, if they have settle such loans and facilities from money collected,
their finance cost must be reduce this quarter,

it means, we have a hope , am i right ????????

Re planting will takes years to yield results.Natural rubber prices are linked to global oil prices(if oil goes up rubber also).settling high interest loans will reduce finance cost by contributing to bottom line.I see this as mid to long term investment.I prefer to collect between range of Rs. 32-34.
