The weekly primary auction for the week ending 03 October, 2014 for the re-issue of Rs. 1,500 million
182 day and Rs. 4,500 million 364 day maturing Treasury bills was held today. The auction was
oversubscribed with bids amounting to Rs. 75,637 million being received. It was decided to reject all.

What is the Impact?
CBSL reject 75 Bn from Banks. Clear indicator Interest Rates will further down trend.
CFVF & ESL will rocket tomorrow onwards. Will ses the Impact, once news fly to market.

It's great to see people follow these information. And the important thing to note is after the auction how the secondary bond market reacted.some times market react adversely on such results when the market expectation not being met.

Don't worry guys today after auction bond rates came down in the secondary mkt.
