All politicians ( those who are good, bad & ugly ) & voters ( unknowing the tricks of politics ) are upside down. A series of chaos is predictable as election gets closer. Can capital market stand alone against upcoming crazy events??

I think Wasu, Thissawitharan Divu guna sekara cannot stand with MR

Government is bit shaky these days.
There will be good competition this time.
The person who wins will be decided on the things happen in the coming months.
( Our people are very emotional and short sighted )

The fate of MR will be decided by Muslim and Tamil votes ,
the reaction of JVP and role of dissopointed big shots in the Sri Lanka Freedom Party.

Understanding their importance thondaman has demaned for 2 minister posts in UVA. hakeem is still silent.

When we analyse from CSE POV if UNP wins economy will boom and CSE will find new heights.
If MR wins its also not negative.

Since the war is over i would personnally like to see the way how Ranil and economists handle post war sri lanka.
I think we should give a chance to see...!

My suggestion is to let Ven. Sobitha to contest against MR. Ranil can be the Prime minister. Ven. Sobitha is not gready. He will abolish Exec. Presidency and forward a new Peoples friendly constitution and resign. If Ranil allows him Opposition will win. Then surely JVP, TNA, and most of the opposition other parties may support Ven. Sobitha.

Mahinda is strong in power and peak in popularity even now. Opposition understand this well. This is why they are saying Mahinda cannot be a candidate again for presidency. If there is any legal barrier , there is ample of time for Mahinda to get 2/3 majority in the parliament and amend the law..

The normal tendency is any politician when staying long gets
less popular. If so opposition should be happy to see Mahinda for the third time.

The full-time job of politician is politics. Such politicians seek scapegoats or Biliboys/girls/priests at the crucial moments. Why these opposition members seek freelancers at the last moment when they are full time engaged in politics.

Venerable Sobitha is a straight forward leader and surely will abolish Executive Presidency.. At the moment country need China backed powerful figure and not weak set of Nayakathwa Mandala who cannot take any single decision themselves...

We want to see this economic prosperity to move forward. We have given power to Ranil to end the war (in the way he wanted) and to bring economic prosperity ( in a way he dream with )... Opportunity knocks the door but once and he missed his opportunity.... thats bad luck... Let UNP find their own luck
