Agree with you, Citrus Lesiure PLC will settle of their debts before end of October, according to CSE discloser as related party transaction.
after up coming quarters it might show profitability, this is my view only, welcome your comments..

I had look on the hotel. This is a strong hotel with good financials.

NAV 16.37 . Though they have made small loss of Rs.5Mn in 1st QTR of off peak season. This hotel has made continuous profits.

This will definitely move along with REEF. For that to happen Dilith & friends should actively trade in the market. I feel they are collecting some quantities.
