Cal expects 908M Net earnings in 2014
EPS should be 908000000/37500000=24.21 (earnings/shares outstanding)
Fair value is 12x
So,, fair value is 24.21*12=Rs290.56

This is a purely mathematical way I arrived at a price.

But the report expect the price to reach 160 only.

If One thing this market has thought me is that patients,discipline and self study are the best tools to gain huge profits.

AAIC has reach the target now.

Current valuation puts the stock at Rs. 320 (irrespective of split as the split has no bearing on the valuation of the stock).

But like all illiquid counters there is risk if you are caught at the wrong point, but the returns are also tremendous!!

Good luck to all traders and investors.!!

is it the right time to enter ? will it move upwards, before split?

If you ask me I dont understand what the fuss is over the split. The valuation of the stock doest change. Its simply like if you change a Rs 10  note into 10 one rupee coins.

I prefer to look at the valuation of the stock instead. It is currently undervalued and I would use that as a guide.

But I'm sorry I cant tell you when to enter how much it will appreciate and when to exit ( like some of the people in this forum).

Last year EPS is well above Rs21. Even at Rs 208 its PE is still around 9.0 times. AAIC is a high divided paying counter as well. Share split gives the investors to buy the share at a low price levels. Same thing has happened to SFL -P.

Hence the chances of AAIC is going further up is simply possible. This probably may reach Rs225 levels before subdivision and Rs25 levels after subdivision.

Can you guys explain why you are predicting 25 after split. If you look at the last financial report
For the three months ended 31 March 2015

EPS                                                 = 250728000/37500000
                                                      = 6.68
Annualized                                        = 6.68*4
                                                      = 26.74

So,, fair value should be                      = 26.74*12
                                                      = 320.88

even at fair value the stock should be @ Rs 320 before the split and Rs 32 after the split. Where am I going wrong in my valuation??

Given the illiquid nature of this stock it can run way past this point.

For those new to this stock and the market pls don't take this as a promotion. With illiquid counters just as the rise is fast when it starts going the fall also can be equally fast and painful. Watch out how you play with this.

Will AAIC touch Rs230 before sub division?

Many predict that the price of AAIC after sub division will be around Rs25 - 30 levels. Hence achiving Rs230 before sub division can become a reality. Still we have three weeks more for the event and what many investors are doing is collecting maximum possible before sub division. Then after sub division most of  the shares will be with them and can demand for a premium price in the mkt.

Very interesting Calculation.  mhhhh...

Appreciate if you can do the same valuation for LFIN .

Do you have any knowledge on NAV of AAIC and LFIN ????
