Currently in CSE most of shares are driven with fundamentals. It seems no gambling like 2010, 2011. Look at the shares like LWL, HAYL, CFVF, ALUFAB, RCL, and more.......
So, it is clear PARQ last quarter reported above 3.0 EPS. So, fundamentaly annualize level it is now 12 EPS level. Currently Aluminium sector other shares are trading at 11 PER.
So, PARQ is having Aluminium sector 25% of market share. Price will adjust accordingly.
Any how at minimum level,
PARQ reported EPS 8.44 x 11 PER = minimum value is Rs.92/- now. If CSE is running with fundamental theory, need to adjust this soon.

PARQ IS FUNDAMENTALLY STRONG SHARE.Thats y we all recommend it.

Now the CSE is react to the fundamental value.Among other stock Parq has a good value.NAV 39.EPS 8.46.What else.currently trading below PE 8x.

We recommended only a fundamental value stocks like PARQ.
not like warrents and other over value stocks.We analyse the stocks whether fundamentally strong or not.

It seems Market player is enjoying with this.IF we are wrong he should write in polite way.Anyway its ok.

We always recommend value stocks....

Same gang who run the CFVF, were played with PARQ. That is pre-planed game.

Remember, what they did to CFVF. before release the CFVF accounts played the share price from Rs 24/- to 66/- . They promoted as CFVF worth above 100/- like that lab la and they exited. After release the CFVF financials with massive EPS, share price came down to Rs.25/- . That was a preplaned game done by that gang purposly. Then they collect the shares again at 25 & then push up to 45/- and exited. That was a master game played by cfvf gang. actually they earned double from CFVF. most of small CFVF players burned their hand.

Now what happen to PARQ. THIS ALSO promoted by same CFVF promoted team. (You all know the forum promotrd names). they pushed the PARQ from 30 to 68/- . told others to mega 5 EPS & worth more than 100/- like same CFVF story. What happen after the massive financials. price is comming down now. same CFVF game is happening. I belive some times PARQ also will down untill their targets.then they will play the second drama. more will burn again.

the logic behind marketplayer is correct.untimately it comes down to rule no 1 ,every share movement is a result of manipulation of few parties.new comers just search google and read deadly art of stock manipulation.

Only thing what I wanted to tell you, just click check the LWL last 03 years financials. Now it became as a more than double size company under Mr. Nimal Perera brand. Double the Revenue, Double the Profits, double the shareholders value with in very short period.

Then why ignore PARQ, under NP. It already proved. This is first year they reported above 8.00 EPS under NP, when compaire with last year end EPS of 3.00.

PARQ is under manufacturing sector business & its growth is potential & most of manufacturing companies are currently trading above 10x PER.

In my fundamental valuation currently PARQ can value at 8.46 EPS with PER 11x TIMES means above Rs.90.00.

Also, note that their financial statement says, (under Note No.6) :

"The subsidiary Swisstek Aluminium Ltd incurred Rs. 15.27 Mn for the services rendered in improving the manufacturing processes.This service has been provided by related Company, Royal Ceramics Lanka PLC"

This also clear sign for their expected future growth.

Further more, PARQ have a solid backing from the tile industry front runner, Royal Ceramics group. Also note that PARQ is the second largest Aluminium extrusion producer in sri lanka with 24% market share.Also company is under 5 years Tax holiday.

They have excessive production capacity to meet rising demand. Also, Market leader in the tile mortar and tile grout sector. They having future oppertunities for potential growth in the tile mortar market & demand for Aluminium related constructions.

So, I have a confidence with PARQ future earnings and most will expect above 12 EPS from their next year financials. By looking their group other companies, this task is not impossible. So, this can be recomend as a future winner for long term holders.

If u take out that 165mn, there profits for the year comes down to 240 mn. Isn't that mean EPS is 3 for the financial yr without that revaluation gain amount. NAPS is also 39 n low dividend payout ratio high PE ratio means this share at this current level is overvalued rite???

Revaluation of land is not a P&L entry. it is effected to only Balance Sheet. Only happen is NAV is going up & benifited to shareholders.

there comprehensive income statement shows total comprehensive income for the period is 245mn. Out of that profits for the period is 95mn n 153mn from other comprehensive income. In that comprehensive income includes 165mn gain on revaluation land.
I even thought u must be correct cause they can't show that gain in the income statement n only can shown on the balance sheet. But its not the case, if u go look at equity one n equity two it's the same case.

PARQ Profit attributable to, Owners of the company = 86.74 Mn (You have to ignore the non controlling interest of 5.354 Mn).

No of Shares issued = 27.37 Mn.

Quarterly EPS = 86.74 / 27.37 = 3.17

When calculating EPS we only consider about PAT. dont use comprehensive income to calculate EPS.. everything under comprehensive income topic not affect to the EPS..

But in future this gain in comprehensive income will be good for company growth.. revaluation increase the NAV of company..
