YORK better than KDL both are illiquid stocks at low price

YORK more better than KDL both are illiquid stocks,

YORK total shares 12 million , KDL total shares 17 million,

Some hundred thousand shares for trading in the market ,

KDL went up because of illiquid stock trading at 45.00 but YORK still trading at 17.50,

YORK Few years ago at 2011 it was traded 47.00 levels now trading 17.50,

YORK more possibile to go up because of Illiquid stock at cheap and best price,

At the time Illiquid stock at low price only YORK this is the best choise,

Land and property sector already went up KDL ,PDL , EQIT ,ETWO , COMD ,CLND ,CABO,
YORK at low price illiquid stock best choise for short term investors and target price 35.00 cheers

CSEC + Shafters own around 85% of KDL. That could be a reason behind KDL appreciation.

Land and property sector already went up KDL 45 ,PDL 100 , EQIT 50 ,ETWO 78 , COMD 106 ,CLND 40 ,CABO 140

only YORK 17.50 waiting for bull run

One of my favorite shres from last bull run.Right now also upto 18.5 collected.And price is kept low.Few exchanges going on and no sellers.If anyone wants check the order book.My target 25.The more the collectors desperate more the price will go up.

This time highly expecting LCEY and CFLB group financial report with huge profits

Already 2 companys report today out CIT and CFI both are huge profits up

YORK also high expecting last financial report with huge profits.

YORK is a good for short term ..
but KDL is a longterm invesment.

To be very honest I havnt followed on YORK behaviour.

But KDL is a good trading share, with selling of hundred thousand shares it can change price gear by Rs 10 easily.

Remember how it geared up from Rs 17 to 35.
