Guys,

I would like to add PARQ to my watchlist for 2015. Expected price is Rs 55/- and above in short run.

Why?

Company is doing extremely well.
1. Impressive growth in performance in recent Quarters YoY.

2. Continuously reducing Banks liabilities ultimately increasing NAV, Annualized earnings would justify the above price and above.

3. Highest profits generated in Q4 during last 2 years. Hence we can expect better results. Company has made losses in history. However after the takeover by Lanka Tiles, company is performing well.

4. Ill-liquid Share in the market and Dr Senthilvel is on top 3 shareholder list.

Considering all above facts PARQ displays signs to jump out of blocks.

Counters to Watch in 2015

NTB - Expected price Rs 120/-
SIRA - Expected price Rs 5/-
VPEL - Expected price Rs 9/-
LIOC - Expected price Rs 80/-
PARQ - Expected price Rs 55/-
SEYB-x - Expected price Rs 70/-
UBC   - More than 2+ years investments expected price Rs 50/-

These counters were continuously recommended by many in the forum and I have also recommended. People who have collected surely won. Now portfolios must be in green territories.

I guess the sentiments have changed and market has gained momentum prior to elections. However I still believe that there is a chance to collect in coming days. Market could reverse due to political changes. However be with fundamentals. Any one could be a winner.

Hi guys,

I just would like quote above for the mere information who followed fundamentally sound counters. I have calculated above pricing based on 10x forward PE(which is minimal risk), positive market sentiments, NAV and future prospects of these companies. That is why these counter especially gained more than 15% -25% after I have recommended and continue to gain. These recommendations has paid off many members in the forum.

However I still believe that market has a chance to break its negative territories further and be bullish in coming days. Therefore if anyone interested entering new position in above counter I would recommend to enter to gain this opportunity. However do not enter with 100% of your cash holding.( (Strongly advised) .

These are strongly recommended for Mid/Long term investments but not for trading.

Hi Guys,

I guess coming days are the best days to collect!

Considering the overall sentiments of the CSE I recommend to buy small and mid cap counters. The blue chips would continue to fall specially due to one off tax imposed by the new government. However just because of this fact almost all counters becoming attractive and bargaining. Market will witness temporary down falls and up trends.

In this situation I prefer to buy in phases as I always told in the forum to minimize the risk. Further never think you are a looser, because our investments are long term. I have been in the market for over a decade and these temporary downfalls and up trends are quite common. Patients is the key.

I recommend to collect small and mid caps together with potential value gems.

SIRA - Expected price Rs 8+
PARQ - Expected price Rs 55+
LWL -  Expected price Rs 146+
VPEL - Expected price Rs 9+
VFIN - Expected price Rs 65+

On a speculative note

GREG - Expected price Rs 20+
GLAS - Expected price Rs 8+
AINS - Expected price Rs 20+

Importantly we must buy on cash only. There are many value gems in this market as long term investments.

Many people criticize about the new regime but overall it is a business friendly government. We have to identify long term value counters.

Hi Guys!

I am bullish on tomorrow's market behavior.

As I have posted earlier it is important to note the trend of blue chips. If anyone can remember, I posted to observe behavior of JKH earlier when it was trading around Rs 250/- levels. Now it Rs 200/-. Constructive buying pressure is observed during the day mainly by key players in the market and foreigners. This is positive trend. Other counters such as COMB and DIAL has displays the same trend.

I expect to a bullish trend in the market purely considering the above fact. However we have to keep in mind to buy only in cash basis and fundamentally strong mid/small cap counters as we have discussed earlier with provision to hold on long term basis which I think is wise.

Hi Guys,

I think I can justify my expected prices with predicted counters above with the release of Quarterly financial performances.

Very Happy

Today SIRA,PARQ,LWL,CERA released in results which shows a significant growth in operational earnings. Investors who collected could earn capital gains as well as dividend yields. VPEL has already paid off.

I expect minimum dividends in time to come.

PARQ - Rs 2/-
LWL   - Rs 6/-
CERA - Rs 7/-
SIRA - Rs 0.2

Market is vulnerable to political news as always. However in these situations we should collect in phases in counters which has future growth and higher DY. I recommend above which are below 10x PE trailing.

Note - Always pay attention on the expected prices on above post and realized as at date

Some have already done and dusted. Some are heated up!

I expect better performance from SIRA#PARQ#VPEL on tomorrow specially dominating the market volumes in mid/small cap counters.
