As we know, votes are divided, country is divided, so how about stock market investors. Whoever wins half of the country population may not have their chosen leader. Therefore their sentiments after the election would be negative. Likewise the stock market sentiments.

Today may be a Good day to sell your shares because you would be able to pick at better prices on Monday!!!!

I dont think People says last month market will drop 6800-6500 level .
but what happened

they are creating panic opportunity

this is the best opportunity to  buy value stocks

Interest rates at low level
Inflation drop further
Report will be very healthy this quarter
Yep NZ says true..
Last time some big people in this forum created panic situation, saying a political uncertainty and a big drop. But we said there's no political uncertainty in the country, however we expect a flat correction. I think now its working ASI didnt fell even below 7200.
@NC wrote:
@glad wrote:What do you think the ASI will come down to if it starts to drop?
@ Glad, still the ASI moving in blue colured channel. Hence, nothing is confirmed yet for a reversal. As I said above, for me I want at least to be hit 7250.
On the other hand if it clearly break 7000 (23%), I'm looking at 38.2% level; 6900-6850. And I'm expecting a flat correction less than 50%.

@NC wrote:Political Uncertainty

In current condition in SL, whether there’s a actual political uncertainty ? Its better to find out and decide.
What do we known by a political uncertainty affects stock market. Affects stock market I wrote it again.
Stock market mainly drives by economical factors. Hence, any political uncertainty affects on economy is named to be a political uncertainty, can affect on stock market.
For example those’re political uncertainties in stock market,
- Armed conflicts.
- Civil war/ guerilla attacks conditions.
- Organized crimes.
- A Govt. which doesn’t obey law, order and justice.
Apart from above.
- Weak economical policies of a ruling party. (Business averse/ deflation/hyper inflation policies)

So, comparing with SL situation there’s no a considerable political uncertainty which could have big impact on market. The only political uncertainty is the uncertainty for UPFA and MR. And that uncertainty cannot be impact on economy. And it’s the most important thing. Good govern is needed for a better economy.
For the CSE manipulation the retail/small investors also responsible. Their panic buying/selling is open the door for manipulators. And we shouldn’t open a door for them.

Thnx
NC
Very Happy

Why if MS wins CSE listed companies loose their income or earnings or some goes bankrupt...??? No, there's no such thing.
Market will definetely move up after the election, unless MR do some chaos...

Looks like this fellow GMNet had read the market situation better than us. But the problem is lot of members don't trust him. But if someone had followed his market advise, you may be in a better armed position today.

But the problem is prior to GMNet, SStar also stated in early that type of idea. Now Quibit is also saying the same thing. As GMNet stated, on 10th SStar will be back. But still not available. Also now SStar became an expert under that group but very early had stated that I'm not an expert. Then what all this means we could suspect the same person is operating all three profiles. If this idea is wrong any responsible person can prove by providing acceptable facts. Any how this is your forum and you are the administrators and management members, so you can do whatever you wish to do. Any way keep it up. Please note that, current situation market manipulators are active and some're want to crash the market. Its one thing. and 7600-7800 is a Strong Res. Once its broken next stop'll be 9000-10000.
And some're uncertainty about the cabinet and the interim budget placed on January 29th. However, personally belived this's a temoprary dip, after last Friday 100+ points up. And don't forget 3rd intriem reports on the way. So, be patience and act rationally collect fundamentals, and those done corrections and haven't run, and consider bit more on manufacturings too...
