For the past two days we were having small talk on the country, civic rights, code of conduct and ethics.

We now need to consider what to do with the fat cash balances we have in our accounts. Keeping them any longer will make us miss the one in a year opportunity to buy good and worthwhile shares.

So according to the analysts and experts the following shares are Under scrutiny:

SIRA, CCS, PAP, COMB, NDB, DFCC, JKH, DIAL.

JKH. should drop below 200/=. I would buy SIRA @ 4.00

Hey Quibit,

That's a long shot. SIRA won't come down from 4.50 to 4.00 just in one day.
That's the price I dumped it at before elections on 8th.

May be by 12 noon (lunch) it will be around 4.30 or so. It takes time to slide down you know. Not when the demand pressure is there.

But I went through the analysis of the financials and they have recovered well.

Yes. HE the president has his heart in Polonnaruwa.
But first he needs Dr. Rajithas assistance to solve the kidney issue in that region.
Most of the land there is contaminated with all toxic chemicals through use of it in cultivation. This applies to Apura as well.

Even we will be affected by this toxicity eventually as we tend to consume more rice and wheat apart from other vegetables.

I think Water is going to be the next root cause for a world war soon.
Our war escallated due to someone blocking the drinking water to the villages in The North.
Kitualgala is have an adventure problem and MTV is taking it up in the MEDIA.
Bandarewela is having a major civil unrest due to water.

The Rubber and Tea Estates are a different problem altogether.
The people will strike for more wage hikes after all Govt. Employees receive the 10,000 wage hike in Feb.

I don't think it will be easy going for the tea and rubber industry.
Palm oil may be ok.

Look for COMB and SAMP. Attractive valuations.

Yes for short term basis. Their cash flows are non-systematic which is the bottleneck for reaching the higher values say 5.50-6.00 range. But COMB & SAMP is not the case. Theirs constant and predictable cashflows and had a serious blow diring last two days of market decline. So short-term, mid-term and long-term good opportunities.
