The announcement of including Areyksat in to development plan of Phnom Penh in 2020, have increased the price of the land there, but what really make that area more interesting, recently a Chinese evaluation company mentioned about the proposal of investment on Koh Dach bridge construction project while met with Deputy Prime Minister, H.E Keat Chhun, which that bridge will start the construction in the proceeding 2018.
The construction project under the study of design is impressed by the expertise in real estate that after that bridge officially appear, the development of real estate construction as well as the land prices in that area will increase up to 5 times. This area has good topographical feature and fresh air that is more convenience for living especially, it is not too far from Phnom Penh, too.
Land price along national road 6 ranges from US$80 to US$150 per square meter and land prices at Koh Dach is only US$10 to US$30 per square meter, but if it connects with the bridge, land price will increase 60% of national road 6’s.
