Stil EPS Is not enough but net book value is considerable. Rice price is high and reduction of bread prices, high demand of minory bakery products, government servants salary increasement/(increasing of disposable income), tourists boom may deliver more consumption .so GRAN will be more profitable in coming quarters.

Yes it may run in the remaining stages of current major uptrend. However in a weak market condition despite good earnings stocks prices can stagnate or can go down. These types of short term situations create opportunities. It is better to follow companies which can generate good earnings and cash flow due to growth in tourism industry, export industry and food and industry in the coming years. We should not forget lower oil and gas will reflect in the coming quarterly reports in many industries. Therefore bottom line should improve further. Gran also should benefit from lower production cost.

EPS quarter ending December 2015=1.62

Possible Yearly EPS 6.50 or more
On a forward P/E 15 this should touch at least 98.
Average bull market P/E ratio is 20 to 29

Any quarterly report news? We had rain. So good maize and soya output should be there in 2015 along with lower production cost as a results of lower raw materials including lower energy prices. Good period for Grain elevators globally.

Good luck!

Agree on the EPS. However, sustainability in the long run is dependent on the lowest COGS or COP And it is rather high.

Cost reduction initiatives should be taken to make this a profitable venture.

Now it can produce at least yearly EPS around 10 minimum. We are seeing record YALA harvest these days. Paddy harvest are storing throughout the country. If we analyse local and global grain inventory and grain prices definitely global grain elevators, grain users and grain consumers are going to benefit lot in the coming months and quarters. In addition, we are seeing drop in some currencies in the emerging world such as India and China etc. Some retailers and manufacturing companies in the USA which source their raw materials from China is going to benefit lot. Similarly some companies which sources materials from India and China also will benefit lot due their weak currencies. Currently, there is threat to boiler production in Asia. According to some industry analysts Thai chicken meat production is forecast to drop by 3-5 per cent in 2016. There is an imports cut off for chicken genetics in Asia. New grandparent replacement will be critical in 2016 in order to maintain broiler production. On top of that we are seeing record egg prices in many countries.

It is time to study more on GRAN to find out further opportunities. Remember any further drop in some commodities will benefit grain elevators, food processing comapneis including poultry companies more and more. According to Goldman oil can drop as low as $20. We are seeing the global surplus of commodities.
