Foreign Funds are restructuring ...is it due to US economy started to improve......Attacking SYRIA (limited operation or full scale) is very much on the cards, we will see OIL prices HITTING high again, GOLD recovering some of lost ground and may trade 1400-1500.
so there is lots of scenarios doing the rounds....
foreigners will start gradually seek FM such as srilanka.

I am still uncomfortable with Todays GREEN. Tomorrow expecting More RED.

I am on Side Lines.

There are few counters still attractive.

JKH -Too risky to Touch in current DOWN trend. Looks 225 on the cards.Bears Pressure too much currently.Better to wait till whole drama unfolds.

Updated ASPI chart.....

Still Bearish Biase, Remember the SPIKE i mentioned few days ago....
The circled Candle (Hammer) is it the REVERSAL....To early to say though..
However confirmation will pop up in the next 2-3 days depending on the follow up candles...this is ideally positioned being tomorrow is Wednesday and we have 2 more additional trading days for the confirmation of reversal before the week-end.
Reversal will be follow up candles closing BULLISH.

This is the time for Fundamentalists will seek the assistance of TA's such as SmallV......

On other days they will say TA are useless.... Smile

Todays ASI shedding with massive points to pierce through 127Fib, means there is more RED we can expect towards 161Fib.
5650-5600 seems a strong point IMO, JKH is already in 200-210 range.
NEST & CTC almost there @ reversal zones, its a matter of time for the REBOUND.

The positive out of this whole RED drama is limited to CTC.NEST & JKH.
Looking at the other counters, we have less panick to contemplate as no across the board sell off.

Be wary of Bargains....Do Not BUY all at once thinking the RED DAYS are over. Be cautious, & BUY in stages.

A good way to Look @ would be to use Fibonacci Levels.

When you put all these CHART patterns (COMB,NDB) it all makes sense why we missed to identify the DROP in ASPI,ironically ASPI is also on H&S radar Sad

At the current situation sometime ASPI can reach 6000 or more very easily during the next run. Technically we can't forecast the market behavior exactly in such a situation. Many violation & deviation happens during this index manipulation.

With recent PA, I am more inclined towards thinking ASI may touch 5600 or 5550.

I dont know about RSI, but sure it will be in OVERSOLD situation, If 5600 is broken.But being @ 5600 means its another opportunity to accumulate isn't it ?

224 was a GOOD BUY rate because it was on 127Fib,provided i get another opportunity @ 200 /210 to buy.

Did you Notice SAMP is in 5th Wave (Provided todays Bullish Candle may continue in to next few days.
If the Price fall below 177 then i will consider we are still into the 3rd WAVE on EW.
The Current RES is @ 192/-

Its important for SAMP holders to monitor next few days Smile

Here is My 1st chart on SPSL20 INDEX.

You will notice the completion of 2 EW.

I hope you have seen the BIGGER EW in formation.

The Last 3200 (LOW) was to assume the Last (5th) Wave, then from now onwards SPSL20 may not fall below.....

But nothing could be discounted when we are forecasting the EW PATTERN.

One could hit the Bulls EYE in the projection or bombarded with i was over optimistic in my conclusion.

So Noticing INDEX did not fall below 3200 and touched the Higher Low, I hope you are seeing what i am seeing.

As long as 3200 is not broken, i can conclusively say We just completed 2nd WAVE.

You may see that on my 2nd picture of the EW posted on the example.(SPSL20 is here)

This the updated chart with the 2nd wave completion on the dominant trend of EW.

So it is obvious that we need to ignore or set aside the short term noise or market fluctuation and concentrate now on fundamental shares that can give you longterm returns (dividends + capital gains).

Don't miss the Train .........

I would concentrate on accumulation of shares that go along (RISE) with the INDEX not ASI btw Sad

Here is CTHR chart update... Break out not yet occurred.
Wait for the confirmation...
The price may rise to 150 short term complete the last point on the triangle, and reverse probably .....towards 100LKR.

The break-out is yet to occur, so no need to panic ATM.
The B/o once takes place, the price may reach the new Res. point (apex) before continue the former trend.
