Citrus Waskaduwa ( CITW)

There is a big rumor going that CITW has a big positive news to come. Also my broker said they have a deal at Rs. 12/-. Please comment somebody know the story. Huge buying also coming to the stock after a long time

It says they are going to tie up with a UK company which they get guaranteed 90% occupancy every year. This can drive the stock far high. Wait and See

Interesting stock to look in I was talking about this before as well.I think it should stay in rest above Rs. 10/-, Short term my target price is Rs. 8-9.00

i also heard the same story will hv to wait n see. bt anyway its good one for buy

I went to spend couple of days at Citrus Waskaduwa.
Hotel is superb.Staff,food was very good.
Occupancy level also very high.
Despite black & white picture from REEF N, this should get adjusted to its net value sooner than later.
possible upward movement is on the card....

But as per 31.12.2014 financial it clearly shows neary 1,600 mn interest bearing loans are there to pay. How much interest have they to pay for this much huge amount. In other hand another 900 mn payables are there. That means total liability around 2.5 billion also the 0.52 cents loss per share. In this scenario they have to go for a right issue,or find a new investor is a must. In positively valibal one is the second largest share holder but do you think will they pay 10 plus per this share to buy remaining as mentioned in this forum. These are the reasons to drop this share two years low prices. Good luck

I think your news come true. I hope CITW will break it's resistant at 6.90-7.00 today,If so it can go up to Rs.9/- easily. But I hope before rights it will settle around Rs. 12/-

How is the Reef N after this CITW right issue..is REEF normal price  attrective now?

REEF has 92 million CITW.
I suspect it will not pay 460 million LKR to subscribe its rights.
Instead the second shareholder may pay and go to the top position in shareholding.

780 million collected will be used to settle loans.

Impact on REEF : increased asset value of its current holding.

This is an assumption only.

If KDDP buy all the rights @ 10 current price is worth for small holders.

it might REACH 12.00 by next week sinct the rights are 10.00

Of course REEF has no way to subsctibe CITW rights. So second shareholder may pay.fofor it.

It seems like this action of rights will move whole group upward ... At least upto NAV of respective company....
