Mates if anyone in this forum are customers of CAPITAL TRUST be very vigilent.

They make lots of mistakes in the system, sometimes showing a big buying power and then they would force sell.
eventhough I dont use marging facility I got traped to this thinking it was my money.

Just a heads up

Buying power is always half the portfolio value. So if they have made a mistake then you should know better.

I dont use margin, but what happened was it showed morethan what i should have, so thought it was my money and purchased, then the number one broking firm calls and say to sell.

Same thing happened to me. They show us some ridiculous buying power and after we have bought shares then ask us to sell it. They earn money while we are losing it.Mr/s.Swan03, we are losing our money(they are earning) while they are adjusting....Well Guess...

Following basics is not the problem. If u are introducing online trading system it shoud be reliable and accurate....we are dealing with money....not with some waste papers...

Me too with capital trust.. haven't noticed something like that so far..but better to be careful if that is the case..
Please let us know which trading system you are using.. Is it Atrade or DirectFN?

In the directfn system, does your 'cash statement' shows the values? for me it's empty. I mean does it show all your transaction details like Atrade does?

In the directfn system, does your 'cash statement' shows the values? for me it's empty. I mean does it show all your transaction details like Atrade does?
My cash statement is also empty...
