Be careful with Multi Finance too.( MFL), they have manipulated financials

Hi Guys
As you may be aware due to capital adaquacy requirements finance companies need to increase their capital by injecting new capital or by merging with another.
We have already seen Abans Finance merging with Softlogic Finance. Associated Motor Finance with Alliance Finance etc.
Latest merger is Nation Lanka CSF with Senkadagala Finance.

Bimputh also in the list of under capitalized finance companies. They are yet to announce the plans on how to increase the capital.

They also need to find new investor, merge with another or go for rights issue (which is unlikly to get subscibed).

Currently BLI trading around 9.50 and some collection is going on. This same share was pushed to 15.5 few months back.

There is risk in investing this share but there is a chance you get supper profit as well if they go for merger with another.

This is an oppourtunity for risk taker, high risk high return. decision is yours.

Then they have to look for a party to take over the company which will be a better option for us as the share price may be much more than what it is now. Major share holder is UNP MP Daya Gamage related parties at present.

Check the history, this company has been doing well earlier share was trading 30/- but was posting losses last two years but posted a profit of 99MN this year Q2. may be a turnaround or sell off can be expected this year.

Risk and reward both are high
