The Financial Crimes Investigations Division, or FCID, has begun inquiries into the controversial share transaction, where stocks of Lanka Hospitals PLC, were sold to an Indian company. The police stated that the FCID, summoned.

This is a fraud, in other word its an insider dealing. Dealing with Sensitive financial information and selling the news. This share was 30_50/- and suddenly jumped to 100/ plus then sold to one of indian companies,

This is another bogus accusation launched by gobels  to discredit Gotabaya Rajapaksa.
Mr Rajapaksa was the Chairman of Lanka Hospital. (LHCL)

In 2009 Major shareholders of LHCL was Insurance corporation and Distillaries Co PLC.  Both were controlled by Harry Jayawardena. Hence Lanka Hospital (LHCL) was a company under him.

With the famous court order (by CJ Sarath Silva ) Insurance was given back to the Government.   LHCL was a subsidiary of Insurance and it was automatically sent back to government.
The  government appointed Mr Gotabaya as the Chairman of LHCL.

LHCL was trading around 40 and Mr. Harry Jayawardena sold the 28.6%stake of LHCL owned by him through his Distillaries Co PLC to an Indian Fund at a rate of 62/- per share.

Gotabaya had nothing to do with it because he had no control over the Distilleries PLC of Mr Harry Jayawardene. It was a   transaction  between outer parties.

This is Greek to General public and Gobels  use it to their agendas.

CID should ask Harry Jayawardena how he sold it if they feel wrong in it. Whether he leaked insider information or not.
It will never happen because Harry Jayewardena   is the right hand of Madam Chandrika.
