yes all these Stock markets are linked and networked. but the power of the stock market depend on the what you contribute to the Market how you linked to the other finical hubs.
theory ---> " Globalisation"

SL stock market does not have foreign Listed companies, we are a teeny tiny island with majority have not even seen  what out side world is.  We are linked to the world in the means of tea, rubber, coconut and tourism.

So if something happen in the Tokoyo may not reflect same way in the CSE in short term.
