See,

REG market price 138.00 but transaction take place @ 110.00 (NAV = 88)
SINI market price 206, transaction take place @ 206 (NAV = 260)

Due to this transaction , they have to pay withholding tax base on this transaction value (price* quantity) . therefore they try to do this at a minimum price .but they have  decide SINI transaction price as 206.00.that means this company value is more than this. compare with regnis..

I think its better to invest this share. sometimes they will pay good dividend. because mother company want to money to  do this transaction..
other thing, should they go for mandatory offer? if so price will go up again..

sorry. it should be stamp duty.

if this transaction done through the open market . no need to pay Stamp duty.

I think its a private transfer. so they have to pay .5% Stamp duty.
