KGAL group has a NAV above 140. So after this dividend payment KGAL will give a NAV around Rs. 95 per share.

Basically all the shares traded today were above 140 level so the people who bought over 475,000 shares so far spending over Rs. 68 m have paid above 140 per share. We can assume people who bought around 82 to 95 level are already sold their holding today.

Also still the Div. payment looks very attractive Rs. 45 for Rs. 145 is very attractive.

Still we have another one week for the ED date so any thing is possible. May be this pass 160 or 180 levels. All depend on the type of the game changers entered today.

I hope so!
Last dividend in March was 2.00, but this time 45.00....
Directors have major chairs & Public have a little...
A huge buying in 142.60 is 34,079 and more 10,000s & 5000s in 142.60...
So....
I hope It won't come down to 95 levels! It will stay in 140 levels!!

We must thing, why they give Rs. 45.00 (at around 50%) as dividend?

They try to rise up the share price!
More benefit goes to the directors.

If we buy some, we can get the benefits too!

Note: before come to a decision please think twice!

Dear NZ boy, why not...?
Directors have major shares...
now, Big shots are buying big big amounts....
why like this 34000, 20000, 10000s, 5000s buying now...?
why director board give this 45.00 dividend...?
We must think!
After dividend this may goes up, not comes down!
If we buy in this 140 level...
what's wrong...?
If it comes down to 95.00... no gain & no loss (We lose broker charge only)
If it stands in 140.00... a very good profit!

I'm also questioning this....
why 45.00 Dividend?
Are the directors mad? So... Their goal is increase the share price.
How...?
90% shares are in their own hand!
Only the balance 10% is in our hand!
They give dividend only for the 10% shares.
But price increase to the whole!
this is the benefit!
So... share price won't come down!

It may be 145-150....
but I think it may rise up after the dividend also!
Because most of the shares are in the big shot's hand or the director's hand, no panic selling at that time...

KGAL divided yield is around 30%. The share price now includes the Rs 45 dividend(cumdiv price). So in theory ex div price will be less by Rs 45.But due to speculation etc price may differ.Hope the price remains above Rs 100 after the XD.
