I don't get the point guys. 

I know earnings maybe good BUT until the time up to elections and sometimes, even a little while after elections, market may not start on a real bull run. 

So why take the premium now?

I think foreigners realise this and they slowly exit to buy later or make safer investments maybe at a slightly higher price.
