Is it true??
I ask to buy some GSF today but my advisor said to me they collect this 22.20 by mandatory offer now they are trying to push up to issue some rights to recover their finance level....
but I asked him.. they are showing good progress from their report but he said this is the information but if you like he can place the buy order ,,,,

do you guys knows any think about GSF ??? what do you think to buy these stock?

are they going to issue rights s well ???

Yes GSF possible Rights Issue .In this Bull Run Market Many Companys will Announce Rights Issue.becarefull!

GSF has written off most of the default loans they had under old ownership. Company has restructured well. Company is worth above 35+ if current owner want to sell off.

The owner is Sarvodaya development finance ltd.

Only problem is do these people really need two Finance ltd companies or else will they sell off GSF at a higher rate.

I know one thing even there will be aright issue, it will be at 22.50 per share or above. So this is one of the sure pick. I sell all my other shares slowly and buy GSF and REXP these days. Only warry is i can not afford BFL with these two..

Most of the right issues were done lower prices compare with trading prices. Except HHL ,KAPI

When current owner buy the company at 22.5 how on earth they do a right issue lower.

Ar u people play around with small investors . Do not comment if you ar not mature enough to do so.

Arena, don't take gainer opinion seriously. He's just promotes the stock by stating fabricating artificial insider news.
He said one month ago he knew that that esl achived 5eps for last qtr n saying it will reach 50-60 levels within weeks. He even promoted KOTA which was a biggest loss making plantation company.
