Few times ago This share was traded Rs,. 8.90. now it is trading Rs. 7.20. I think this is the good time to enter this share at this level. NAV of this share above Rs. 11.00
And GSP+ give more return to this company.hope good announcement as  said by JANA

as they promised they need to sell their land and settle their loan within year .. so they don't want to delay to announce good news
anyhow CFT already has good value which is more than 11/= so not bad at this level. 7.50 good to price to enter but need to wait
I hold my qty with some expectation .

When you look at the CFT P&L,  the profitability has decreased by 60% to Rs. 4.6mn in the 1st Qtr against Rs. 11.6mn last year and the Revenue is down by 48%.  The Cash balance is Rs. 40mn minus??? the Net asset per share has gone up due to a revaluation and not due to the operational profitability. Need to be careful when you touch this share what ever the good news may be.

CFT not easy to push up by promotion .. definitely some part involved with this.. otherwise these much of buying power and collection cannot do that...

so we can expect small movement from it..

but as some body said this is nothing ... cheap ..only the reason for their NAV   ..revaluation 

any how they need to satisfied the bank loan selling their old land.. if they get good value for that then they will get real cash after paid the loan ..

CFT can go up more...

they might be part of the process, that is why they know CFT is going to trade heavily with price up...this is all about sucking innocent retailers money....Insider information+ promotion = Trap
