Sstar can you please show us the Group Structure and Inter-company holdings of PMB and PLC together with Peoples Bank to untangle this Jinx. Looks like there are many crown jewels of Peoples Bank. Smile

PLC and peoples bank own more than 87% of PMB after the mandatory offer. Only 13% ramaining in the market. In this scenario the remaining shares in the market have more attraction in near future.

Then better tell your Mods like NZ Boy not discourage the buying. Shameful behavior by your mods to go against your authority.

This situation would not have come if the article of NZ boy on PMB was mysteriously taken away.

Quibit must be selling her lot of PMB at 25-26 , while telling us here " looks like heavy buying at 25-26 levels"

Nice . Very nice

PEOPLE BANK & PEOPLE LEASING company holds more than 87% of Total issues shares of PMB. Less than 13% only in the market. Asset value over 50/- now. So no problem for PMB at all. Some panic sellers are selling but smart investors are buying it.....GL

PLC

Lot of global small cap funds, emerging and frontier market funds have invested in PLC. They have faith on this company. Some top local institutional investors also have invested in PLC.

PMB

At different time different traders/Investors have traded and invested in this company. In the past I also had some PMB.

As I said before there are different types of stocks in the market.
