I think most of our investors are worried about international markets. Worldwide stock exchanges are again coming down.
But our local market should not heavily depend on world market trends.

Why can't people think of lower interest rates and lower fuel prices here and thereby lower cost base for businesses. Lot of companies in Finance, Food, Manufacturing sectors have reported higher growth in revenue with improved profit margins in Q2 and 2015 YTD. The released results and the macro economic variables are more than enough for our market to generate al least 10% return in 2015.

But why this decline is the question. I feel a group of few individuals/brokers are purposefully trying to inject some negativity into the market with the aim of collecting solid stocks at extreme bargain prices. Our forum members must look at this objectively and should not take any decision by looking at what is happening at the moment.

In every situation there are opportunities. Oil importing countries are top winners. Falling oil, iron ore, grain and other raw material prices will benefits variety of industries such as transportation, airlines, grain elevators, food processing companies, ship and aircraft builders etc. In Sri-Lanka Food processing companies, grain elevators, plantation companies, transportation companies and manufacturing companies etc will benefit lot in the coming months and years. In addition, strong dollar will drive grain, oil and gold prices down further.

All I can say is hands off JKH 22. If any one wants to play with warrants 23 is fine but forget 22. Also be patient. If not next week even next year it may go up. If you can hold on hold on and buy when low. Do not expect things magically to happen just because people say so. Who knows? North Korea might just fire a missile to South Korea and probably the market may stay down for 1 year. So study all aspects environmental, economical, company backgrounds, shareholders, global markets, global trends and then decide on what to do. Not a on posts saying next week up next week down.

Yes warrant 23 will attractive when warrant 22 matured in this 28. Will expect a quick recovery sooner rather than later.
