Yes I think Rs.15/- will be the bounce back level, I've entered in varies levels and expecting a killer. Fatal Risk, This should move up, maybe this Wednesday could be the day. Fingers Crossed. 52Week low Rs.14/- Anything can happen.

Hope you have 32mn to subscribe. I don't see imminent turnaround of jkh. Closer it gets to cut off day this will go drastically down. People ar scared to buy this cause after w22 gets subscribed jkh share will get diluted more n price will come down.

Plus point to buy this is top directors have shares in this n I don't think captain will stay quietly. According what I have heard capital trust already have done a deal to subscribe there quota by borrowing from HNB.

Have you all analysed what Capital Trust got to do with these Warrants

As of Latest Qtr Report with the amount of JKH.W22 holdings they need around 1.375BN for coversion. If they dont have money they will have to dump it. So everyone can join the dumping

This is ridiculous, today nearly 1.6 Million shares traded, see the order book, zero bids still 114K on offer. What's really happening, it touched the 52w low Rs.12.4/-.

Only 13 trading days more to trade JKH W22

Thereafter you can't sell or buy. Either pay 161.87 and convert them to shares or let them die.

I warned about this situation in web forums when w22 was trading around 80/- .

warrants price has gone down further, but is the conversion price is fixed at 161.87 or it will be changed?
& also after the expiry how we can convert it to shares? (through online or we need to pay cash at jkh premises?)

Conversion price won't change, u can't trade it after 28 September.
Jkh will send you the forms that you have to complete if u are intending of converting your rights fr ordinary shares. Before 12 November you have to send them back the doc. Bank draft or cheque will be accepted.

fucked up JKH, sold 100k at different levels and bought again at 12.40. Now again fucked Embarassed

No brakes as it seems,, but sooner they wil push up normal share

cant we convert the warrants through our online account rather sending cheque?
(example- sell my some of port folios & transfer those procceds to jkh conversion) coz i dont have liquid money.

Capital trust will excersie there warrant rights. They don't want to book the loss. What they will do is get a bank loan(margin facility) n keep it until it's breaks even. Whatever the price they'll excersie it...
They have the power to hold on, it will be a bitter pill fr them to swallow.

Guys,

If I'm to convert my warrants to shares I know one warrant is equal to one share, also the exercise price is Rs.161.7/- but my concern is if this W22 trades at Rs.15 (Hypothetical) on the cut off date, are we need to pay Rs.161.7/- or Rs.161.7 - Rs.15 = 146.7/-
