What would be the effect for existing shareholders? I have some shares I bought from last right issue??

There won't be a another issue this year. Last one wasn't even one yr ago. Price is just correcting itself cause this share has appreciated from 90 to 165. I think it'll settle down around 155-150 level fr some time. Gud share to have in your portfolio, good dividend yield also.
If they have capital requirement issues they will take the route what pabc took n ask for a extension to meet the deadline. Pabc was granted 3yrs to comply with it.

Yes, SDB possible to go for another right issue, They have to manage their minimum capital requirement.
