Yes they had a good CEO, he too resigned best is to exit at these prices as lot of manipulation involved with this stock

FY 2014/15 loss was Rs586mn
As at 30th June 15 NAV is negative 0.9

However quarter ending 30th June 15 Net interest income increased by 185mn YoY thereby PAT has increased by 91mn YoY
Q1 2015 EPS is 0.14

CEO has bought 500,000 shares on 17th September @3.00, 400,000 on 8th July @2.80, 600,000 on 6th July@2.60. Altogether 1.5mn shares bought in July-September between 2.60 - 3.00

Major shareholder are Nawaloka directors and & Indian. Public holding is 100mn @ 3.3 Rs330mn.

According to the sources their new businesses are doing well in this quarter so that an EPS of 0.2 can be expected. For the full year EPS can be around 0.75

Accordingly @ 3.30 PER comes to 4.4 times.

On technical grounds RSI is in neutral region and the share was static for a longer period.

Compared to LCEM or HVA this has some hidden value. You can analyse and decide what to do. My personal liking is not to promote any stock so that I am not telling anything beyond this.

Further a rights issue was announced on June but still the dates have not been announced. The delay of three months could imply a chance that this rights issue may be cancelled

CSF is a scrap. They loose share holders values in sevaral time. No trust at all now.

It touched 3.8 already and now coming down. That's what I can see. If more support is received @ 3.60-3.70 only the share can be moved forward.

Dear All,

There are lot of very good companies in CSE those are already adjusted with high prices.

As small value investors we should focus on Companies in turn around stage. For an example when REXP was at 30 , BFL was at 9, Lite was at 5.50 two months ago, ALUFAB was at 30, level no body bought it.

Every one thought these were crap shares but Company financials, Economic condition, Raw material prices and some out door activities of these companies indicated the strategy which was not explicit to every one unless you have a shape mind and experience.

So with new Micro Banking software just installed (Annual Report) , New ownership (Nawaloka Group) , Previous annual year default loan write off carried out, specially with Mr. Ramanan's ownership at LKR 4.00 per share we all should understand the value of CSF.

The new CEO Mr. Perera collected this share at 3 level but i do not know whether he sold it today .........

I have comments here about LITE towards 8+ , ALUFAB to 50+ , REXP to 300+ and few others. So i feel like all set for CSF to fly to 5.5 + level in mid term. My only worry is with the right issue which may delay the run or else they have already discard the right issue idea.

Recently I went to an interview with Mr. Perera (CEO) for the post of Treasury accountant at CSF, the way they talked about the company, this would easily be at 6 level. Even with the latest quarter results Annualized EPS is LKR 57 cents, this is just the first quarter for me for this company. So 20 cents looks a decent prediction for this quarter which will push the annualized EPS to LKR 80 cents at which the value is LKR 8 per share if they have a healthy balance sheet.

Minus net assets is not a concern for a financial company where you make money by leveraging others money. Also Mr. Ramanan may not sleep well when this share trade below LKR 4.

Since this company has lot of shares trading in the market, so there will be several waves like what we saw last two days.
