Why is that? Why investors need to get CSE approval to buy shares. On the other hand its not taking the control of the bank so I'm puzzled here. Question

Few things machan.100,000 shares mean he become the one of main share holder( top 20) of that company...
He has a band to do that bcz of some reason.

Karuna is a big lier here. Previously he told that he hasnt BLI shares but now says he sold BLI which was the reason to drop the prices. This price drop is usual but see when it reaches to split dates.
