The below is a summary of a forecast for few second tier finance companies. This includes relative valuations compared to sector PE as at yesterday. Seems there are high potential counters for short term gains as well as long term investments. cheers

All are good for buy this level next two or three weeks can get a good profit.

Out of all HDFC got guaranteed business with zero risk. Gvt sector employee loans and EPF backed loans... So I prefer going with HDFC at this juncture.

Hdfc is a good choice, when its come to no os shares factor VFIN have only 40 mn issued shares..so the chance for a long run is high..And VFIN EPS of the current year will be more than 11.00.

One cannot just look at PE multiple for finance companies.. PB multiple more relevant.. Also NPLs and Capital Adrquacy.. Most finance companies and banks will be taking a hit on provisions.. Analyse carefully before investing, I don't think most finance companies will do well..

What I want to highlight is the value of these counters. Non of these are speculative and will deliver substantial shareholder returns in coming quarters. I will add another lot soon.

PLC will pay a Div of .75 in December. if we can collect this below 17, then great considering div yeild. (they pay around .50 in 1Q and yeild is 7.5%)

Today good activity was seen in VFIN & SFIN. Probably next week VFIN can move to 75+ and SFIN can move to 27+. Keep your fingers crossed.

I have seen silent collection in SFIN, VFIN, HDFC and COCR throughout the last four trading days. Since the stocks are in neutral region its time to accumulate at low levels guys.

finance companies exposed to gold loans will certainly get a hit. But other than that only competition seems to be the problem.

Look at how SFIN has delivered in Q2. Very close to my forecast and it short my forecast due to shortfall in revenue. Any how the share will move up.

HDFC is the best and will show its color within next week. Their EPS gonna pass Rs 3.50 for Q3 only. Take my word...
