Shares like CDB VFIN LFIN RCL TILE CERA devaluing even though impressive performance due to various statements by Finance Minister.

I don't think profit will come down. People who have bought vehicle through leasing can easily sell there vehicle at a higher price than they bought 1 or 2 months ago cause due to tax hike fear prices of vehicle has appreciated immensely.

LFIN VFIN CDB RCL TILE CERA all trading below 6 P/E ratio. So even though profits comes down its very much undervalued.

Yes, I also agree with you. Even after tax, leasing companies will be able to earn higher profits,specialy Vfin.n and LFIN. Those are very much under value.

Yes, nuwan... companies have to use marketin strategies in proper way to adherence to sudden changes in market. That is a top level management decision, that has to be taken.
I think, Vfin.n is much infront than other companies. Early stage Vfin.n didn't use thire advertising strategy,but they have already began to do so.mkt share will be covered even with the high prices ( after taxes, if imposed by upcoming budget ).elasticity of demand for vehicle is very vital. I think, even with high prices there will be good mkt for vehicles and then for leasing )

Normally last year we can buy a vehicle with 10% down payment. But now lot of companies stopped lending money for 10% down payment.

Have you search present vehicle prices ? It has gone up by 500K or above. interest rate also going up.

Marketing people blamed that they will not be able to achieve their minimum targets with this present conditions of the economy.

Just check with the guys who are working at finance companies.
