Also foreign investments have exempted from Super Tax. This would further attract foreign investments.
Better hold on to the existing portfolios.
Will get good returns for sure..

In order to promote Sri Lanka as a shopping paradise, branded garment and footwear imports will be taxed at a uniform rate. Exported oriented companies that manufacture and supply (garment and footwear) to the local market will also be taxed at a flat rate. SHL will benefit from a flat import tax specifically on their branded apparel, however, will pay higher corporate taxes of 30% on the retail segment.

Select ur finance companies..cocr,bli,sfl,csf, these are micro finance focused companies..VFIN,LFIN,PLC are the company's wich benefited from these lease restrictions for banks..People like bli,sfl,csf who lend for innocent people 45% will not get benefits..

Some people who have no idea about fundamentals of economic growth and budgeting think this is a Super budget.

Other thing is, although not sustainable for long term, there are very promising feature for some companies to report big profits mid term, if the proposals approved. But people are talking about banks and Finance companies.

I will not write about weaknesses , let the guys launch the rocket we can earn some quick money and jump. Always keep parachutes with you.
