I am wondering why greg kept on buying Rights? They already have huge quantity of Normal Share entitling them lot of rights,, May be they are planning to increase their stake in DPL.

They are not allowing the rights to trade freely. If they are buying all the rights from the mkt. how small investors can trade.
SEC should have some sort of control in this.
If this continue, public should not subscribe for this
