Capital system= stock market = Opportunity
Capital system cum communist system= Opportunity

End of the capital system= end of stock market.

We cannot expect end of the capital system. Even China is following capital system now and they have some of the largest listed companies in the world. In communist countries we find lot of capitalists having big businesses now.

Try to select the most attractive stocks in the market and have a study on them specially their strong bases before buying them. Value investors will buy stocks on the basis of great value.

Do not rush to buy and sell stocks. We can find unbelievable value stocks in the market now and some are massively undervalued.

Remember there were all types of speculations in so many countries. Those speculations on different types of crises made intelligent investors very rich.

End of purchasing bond programmes
Credit and banking crisis
Sub-prime crisis
Balance of payments crisis
Downgraded by IMF and other agencies on some countries and region time to time
Euro crisis
Short term rupee and gold crisis in India
Greek crisis (It made some stock and bond investors very rich)
The latest one was Fed’s interest rate
Full of economic and political crises in some frontier and emerging markets

Still intelligent investors had great opportunity and still they are going to have some great opportunity.

In a strong bull market all of your stocks can go up. Most of above stocks traded at very low levels before their uptrend. After their strong rally, they had correction or pullback. Average investors should pay attention to value and should buy at a reasonable price. Everybody make mistakes in the market.

Study as much as possible. Experienced traders and investors have edge (advantage) over others. When you buy warrants, you have to have idea about correlation between main stock and warrants. They have more volatility. You have selected stocks in different areas. I suggest you to pick stocks (businesses) that you can understand. For example if you know some idea about Keel foods (KFP) you can buy their shares before others. It traded below Rs.80 and now it is trading around Rs.200/-.

Stocks such as BOGA, ASCOT and RGEM are ideal for momentum traders.

Study demand for their products and services, cost of production and coming outlook etc. Some of you stocks such as Softlogic, UBC, AEL, LOLC, CFT, HVA, PLC and HDFC can have strong momentum rally suddenly.  Take advantage from momentum rally in the future. You can make profit from Malwatte in a plantation rally. There will be day for plantation rally especially for tea stocks. We have to wait patiently for this.

In markets there will be day for everybody such as momentum traders, technical traders and value investors etc.
