Stock Trader

Hello Investors,

I believe the offer seem to be quite generous at LKR 15, with forward P/E of 5.5 on comparison to market PE of 17.

And their dividend payout also quite good with almost 50% earnings are paid out to investors.

And probably only one General Insurance company to make underwriting Profit.

Good distributional network coming from parent companies strength such as PLC and People's Bank.

What are your opinions? subscribe or not?

Your view is valid for me to make decision on this IPO.

Thanks. Smile

Peoples insurance has the lowest combine cost %. Only company general insurance which makes profits from there underwriting business. Most of the other general insurance companies makes losses from there core operations but makes huge money from there investments. That's the biggest plus point with Peoples insurance.

90% business comes from PLC and Peoples Bank
