Plans are underway for a share-swap between Laugfs Holdings and Laugfs Gas where Laugfs Holdings will be listed and LGL unlisted in order for the group to forge ahead with new opportunities.

Both counters are undervalued at the moment so this is a very viable option for Laugfs Holdings.

Also, gas prices are at record lows.
