the person who gives reputation or recommendation thinks that for that article or for that comment he had to offer his recommendation.that does not mean that he is right or knowledgeable. any TOM can offer reputation to any topics and comments.( pac man can offer recommendation for Karuna and vis versa )

there for as Yahapalanaya says if you also praise someone in this forum he may shower you with reputation points whether you are right or not .( most of the BLI and SFS promoters will have merry time here )

like are politicians if you look after me i will look after you ( UN Posting, Diplomat posting, top in the queue ...etc.... )

also TOP Posting user also works very badly here

even if you put a sign like this " Very Happy " as an answer to a post,  this forum counts it as a posting by the member.( look at " fireshelter " posting most of them are " Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy " , and he is the top poster in this forum. does it makes any sense ?
