jkh w 22 excersised price 161.87 per share 
so it will be reduce finance cost or increase Finance Income also
i think not much effect to EPS

I thought jkhw22 funds was fully utilized for waterfront project?

Yes you are correct. Funds are being utilized for the project while getting additional borrowings too. As of my knowledge the announcement to CSE stated a portion of the total investment to be financed through additional borrowings as well so we can see a gradual increase in finance cost over the next few years but when the WF project is fully operational that increase will be nothing to the bottom line.
