Are you a client of Nation Lanka Equities? They are going to Atrad from DirectFin. I have used both of them. They are from two companies as I remember. Atrad was the one I used earlier say about 10 years back and then most of the brokers who offer online trading have upgraded the system to DirectFin.
I guess these days broker firms too trying to find ways  to reduce cost thanks to our market situation.

The best broker so far is Capital Trust. Very Professional. You get mails everyday on daily stock watch. And also daily technical analysis with a list of stocks with charts and indicating to buy/hold and also the forecast value the stock will reach with fundamental analysis. Hope that is what all investors need. They were using DFN, but now ATRAD. All brokers are switching to ATRAD to reduce costs and other reasons.
My advisor is Chanuka, very friendly and helpful. Will also respond quickly on WhatsApp.

Capital Trust is ok but you need to talk to the investment advisor face to face. Getting instructions via a phone call will be a nightmare.
Also LOLC securitie and JB also good for me.

As per my knowledge brokers switching DFN to ATRAd is not just because of the price. Last year CSE and SEC publish a tender for new broker frontend and backend  and asked apply for vendors who are compatible with upcoming features like CCP DVP and RMS. CSE has to do this coz MIT didnt accept to support upcoming features in CSE. So 7 vendors applied for the tender including DFN ATRAD POLARIS Tomson routers (TR) and two other Indian parties. After the evaluation 16 Brokers selected ATRAD 4 selected DFN 3 selected Polaris 4 selected TR. Deadline is 31st March. So before 31st March most brokers who is currently using DFN will be switch to ATRAD.

Well said bonbon
Don't depend with brokers...you have own knowledge to identify what is gud and bad...we know how to analysis financials...Past and present...
My advise take ideas from brokers but don't depend 100% from brokers...You lost or win they don't care you invest your hard earning money...not brokers money...

I tried ATRAD ...... Completely horrible its mobile version for I pad comparing DFN. DFN allows to save as much as stock list but ATRAD is only allowing bloody 50 lists. DFN is very very very advance comparing ATRAD. ATRAD is in 1990s system. I am very very disappointed. I am unable to use iPad anymore for buying and selling stocks. I pad is very handy to use comparing desktop also you can carry anywhere you go.

Please tell me that any way I can solve this issue???

My personal opinion is ATRAD is horrible and not suitable in the modern world also not advanced like DFN. i am totally got struck due to this situation to buy or sell any shares. Our Srilankan brokers still want to stay in the 18th century.

Yeah mate,
It is absolutely nightmare. The issue is all the brokers are going to have this bloody ATRAD.
Also I heard that this software should be developed by individual broker firms according to the their needs. That is the issue about a firm that how much they will spend on it to develop to create user friendly.

I tried ATRAD on Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge today. It is very very hard to see the whole web.it hurts the eyes. But the mobile version is completely waste so I changed it to web based.

I have been using DFN on the I pad nearly one year. To be honest this is the best comparing desktop version. Very simple and all the important informations are available too.

ATRAD on I pad is like a watching a movie to me. I am very disappointed.
